Online Orders & Lead Time

How do I order?

Select your desired design, select your preferred size and colour and finally pay using our secure payment processor and we’ll deliver your artwork to your door in a few days!

How long will my order take?

Production takes 3-5 business days and courier takes 2-3 business days. Custom projects are subject to longer lead times.

Do you keep stock?

Only Shelve and Storage Products are kept in stock. Wall Art and Custom orders are subject to our production lead time of 3-5 business days.

Can I get a company Invoice for my online order?

Sure thing. Reach out to use on hello@met-al.co.za with your order number and we will provide you with a company invoice.

What are the artworks and signs made of?

We laser cut in mild steel and various stainless steels.

How is the artwork and signs mounted?

Mounting is done with screws, standoffs or mounting pins welded on. All mounting consumables are included in your order.

Can the artworks and signs be mounted outside?

Yes it can, all artworks are coated in exterior fit powder coating. For coastal regions, kindly reach out to us for a custom solution.

How is the artwork mounted?

Yes it can. For coastal regions, we cut in stainless steel which can still be powder coated in your preferred colour selection. kindly reach out to us to request this.

Is the artworks suitable for a coastal location?

What if something is wrong with my order?

The biggest size we can cut is 3m x 1.5m per individual piece.

I need a custom size or colour

We use a exterior grade high quality powder coating that leaves you with a premium product.

What colour powder coating do you offer?

We have black, white, charcoal grey, stone grey, silver, gold, rose gold, copper, ocean blue, green, red and yellow.

Delivery and Returns

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 1-4 business days depending on your delivery address. Remote areas are subject to longer delivery times.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use third part courier companies like The Courier Guy and others

What if something is wrong with my order?

Don’t worry, if anything is not to what you expect, we will fix it for you at no extra cost.

Do you do custom orders?

I need a custom size or colour

Not a problem, you can reach out to us and we’ll work out a custom quote for you according to your preferences.

Can you design artwork from a photo supplied?

Yes we can. These projects are subject to a separate design fee.
